First Food Post

Gnocchi with sage butter, walnuts and sun-dried tomatoes

I love this recipe. Tested it recently and convinced me to put it in my recipe book. But be carful in not eating to much Gnocchi, cause they're like stones in your stomach. Believe me!
(You can make Gnocchis on your own, like in the recipe, or buy it already done)

Ingrediens for 2 persons:
.500g potatoes
.50g sun-dried tomatoes
.some cocktail tomatoes
.1 egg
.1 bunch of sage
.10 walnuts
.40g butter
.35g cornstarch
.40g flour
.salt, pepper
